As the downloading process get done you have to unpack the package of Blender zip file.
Extract this package to somewhere where you can look at it easily so I am going to extract it within documents with a folder name blender.
The extraction will take a bit of time to let it run in the background so as it gets done come back to the file explorer and go to the directory where you have extracted the whole package.
now this folder is likely to be on the C drive within the program files folder so don't think anything else just cut it from the extracted directory and pastes it right over here.
Now we are almost done you don't need to do anything else all you can create a shortcut for easy access.
So right click on blender.exe and click create the shortcut.
