In, this video I have shown that how to fix Redmi Note 3 Gyroscope + Gaming issue in MIUI 7.3.7.0 LHOMIDD. Redmi Note 3 lags during cardboard app and during gameplay rotation.

So, first of all, turn off its auto brightness and then switch its colors and contrasts to standard. 
That's all, these steps will fix its gyroscope + game tilt rotation issue. :)
