Huawei Mobile Doctor

Huawei Mobile Doctor is a tool made by Huawei company itself.  This tool can diagnose and repair common issues which users encounter when they are using Huawei datacard.  What is datacard anyways? Basically, it is a card which contains data, it can be a portable device like a flash disk type that we always use to transfer, copy or backup files from other devices.

It can resolve:

• Dashboard cannot detect device (e.g. Autorun feature is disabled; Driver is removed; )
• SIM Card is not inserted datacard properly
• Device band is incorrect
• Dashboard's dial profile is not the default one
• Check network card status

Compatible with:

Windows XP/Vista/7 operating systems

NOTE: If you are using Windows 7 or Vista, Run it as admin, by simply right-clicking the application and select "Run as Administrator"

When done installing, just follow the instructions below

1. Run the application, it will start the diagnose process, and you can see the result on the right panel
   
2. Close the Dashboard and click repair
3. Wait for a couple of seconds/minutes for repair process to finished and it will just show the result
   
4. After that, you are good and finished, the diagnose is complete and you can close now the application
   

If you are experiencing some trouble, try to reinstall your modem, then try again..
